Introduction
"Every child, if given an impression of the Lord from his very childhood, certainly becomes a great devotee of the Lord like Maharaja Pariksit. Maharaja Pariksit also advised that such impressions of a Godly relation must be impregnated from the very beginning of childhood, otherwise one may miss the opportunity of the human form of life."--Srila Prabhupada in Srimad Bhagavatam 1.12.30, Purport.

Sunday School (will resume September 12, 2010)
The ISKCON Laguna Beach Sunday school comprises of many enthusiastic, wonderful children and their dedicated young teachers. Every Sunday, from 5:50 PM - 6:45 PM, children actively participate in our Sunday school program. This school inculcates values and culture into children based on scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, and Srimad Bhagavatam. This program exemplifies to students a practical way to apply Krishna consciousness to their daily lives. Through a well-designed curriculum that balances learning and play, the children get to experience the richness and fullness of the Vedic Culture. The children learn the Science of God in many joyful and simple ways--chanting, hearing (the endless heroic pastimes of the Lord), dancing, drawing and games. At the Sunday school, we believe that all children are blessed with natural inherent talents, which are uncovered when engaged in the service of the Lord. click here to know more....
